DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we offer E-Voucher gift cards, for a minimum of £5.00. Our E-Vouchers are valid for 6 months.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay via PayPal, Visa/debit card and Clearpay. We also accept E-voucher gift cards.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of personalised items, we can not be liable for size and fit.
Faulty items must be returned in an acceptable state and it is to our discretion whether we swap to a like for like item (stock permitting).
Any original postage will not be refunded. Please check your order before submitting.
TURN AROUND AND DELIVERY TIMES
The general turn around for personalised items is 10 working days.
Some orders can be fulfilled quickly but it must be discussed, not presumed, as it will be me fitting it in my evenings/weekends to make this possible and to not affect other orders.
DELIVERY time at checkout is the way your parcel is sent, NOT turn around. If you select 1-2 days, this is once the item has left via post.
